I’m so thankful to have received the “Royal Treatment “

Have always felt confident dealing with Front Royal Federal Credit Union.

I mostly use the South Street Branch due to the convenience of the location. The employees there are awesome, kind, and treat the customers with professionalism and respect and yes the “Royal Treatment”. They know that when I come in, I just don’t come in to take care of business but I also bring in some laughter. I enjoy making them smile and leave knowing that they have satisfied and completed the task I came there for. South Street Branch rocks!!!

I have no complaints. I like the the new ease of doing transaction’s with savings and checking over the phone.

Getting the loan was quick and effortless. I used my savings to secure it so my interest was nominal. Had I used that savings to pay my obligation I would have struggled to replace it. Thanks for you help over the years…since 1984!

We purchased a new vehicle with a higher interest rate with another bank through the car dealership. We went into the FRFCU and spoke with Amber S. the loan manager there, and she gave us good information about refinancing our new car loan, and at a significantly lower rate that what the car dealership offered. We completed the application and Amber got back to us within 24 hours with an approval. She was extremely professional and helpful with the process and we are very pleased with the positive outcome. The Front Royal Credit Union has served me will since 1974 when I first opened a Christmas savings account. They have provided me loans over the years and later checking. Their Reps. have always been friendly and willing to meet my needs all these years. Well Done.

For me the loan process at the credit union has been very easy, the online application is easy, loan officers have good communication, and the payment process with direct deposit was basically automatic and forgiving if my direct deposit was a little late.

The staff did an excellent job getting me set up with a car loan and the mobile app makes it easy to keep track of my payments and how much is left on the loan.

We have been banking with the Front Royal Credit Union for almost 25 years, they have also been there when we needed them. The associates at both branches, although we mostly go to South Street, are always pleasant, ask how we are, know our family, and truly care about us as people. Our tellers are top notch, the loan staff is exceptional in what they do, and the customer service is always +++. We have moved outside of the Front Royal area a little, but will continue to do our financial banking with the Front Royal Credit Union. Love them all!!
