Important Update for Front Royal FCU Credit Cardholders

Changes to your Front Royal FCU MasterCard

Your Front Royal FCU MasterCard credit card is changing. By now, you should have received a replacement card with a new number and expiration date that was mailed to your home in the middle of May. To ensure uninterrupted use of your card, please read the important details below:

Front Royal Federal Credit Union strives to offer the best products and services for our Members. To meet upcoming Mastercard and Visa requirements, your existing credit card has been replaced with a new card and number. Rest assured that your credit limit, account balance, history, and basic information has transferred automatically to the new card. Your new card is not related to fraud so please know your personal information is secure.

Activate your new card immediately by calling the number on the card and destroy your current card. Your current card will deactivate June 24, 2021, which means it will no longer be accepted for online or in-person purchases after that date.

If you use your card for automatic billing for services like utilities, subscriptions, or gym memberships, you will need to provide the new card number to those merchants/organizations on or after June 24th.

Important Information About Accessing Your Account Online

The last day to access the GoToMyCard website is 7/9/2021 @ 5:00 p.m. EST. Beginning on 7/12/2021, you may register, view your account, enroll in electronic statements and make a payment through If you have any future dated payments set after 7/9/2021, you will need to contact us to establish the payment on

You have recently been assigned a new account number for your credit card and should have received your new card by now in the mail. We have automatically updated your online profile for you. You will still be able to access information on past account activity by selecting your previous account number in the drop-down list. Account auto-pay functionality and current cardholder elections will migrate from GoToMyCard at conversion. However, Cardholders will not see these reflected in the cardholder site, eZCard. It is important to note, if you the cardholder establishes a new autopay within eZCard, it will create a duplicate auto-payment situation.
