Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, or financial transaction is necessary to enter or win any giveaway or sweepstakes sponsored by Front Royal Federal Credit Union. A purchase or transaction will not increase your chances of winning. Requiring a purchase to enter a chance-based drawing is prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY
Giveaways and sweepstakes sponsored by Front Royal Federal Credit Union are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion materials. Participants must be eligible for membership at Front Royal Federal Credit Union and must become an account holder to be eligible to win, unless otherwise noted.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Front Royal Federal Credit Union may be excluded from participation, as determined by credit union policy or specific promotion rules. Additional eligibility requirements or restrictions may apply and will be disclosed in the applicable giveaway materials.

ENTRY PERIOD

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, unless otherwise stated. Winners will be notified using the contact information on file with Front Royal Federal Credit Union. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
All giveaways and sweepstakes sponsored by Front Royal Federal Credit Union are void where prohibited by law and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
