Lobbies Re-Opening Effective June 7, 2021
Given the recent adjustments to COVID-19 guidelines by the CDC and the State of Virginia, we are excited to welcome you back to in-person banking at our lobbies effective June 7, 2021. Here is what you can expect as you visit one of our branches:
- Masks are still required for members who are not fully vaccinated.
- We will no longer be enforcing restrictions on capacity/distance (though we encourage you to be mindful of your proximity to others as a precautionary measure).
- Please avoid coming in the lobby if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been exposed to someone who has tested positive.
We understand there are still varying levels of comfort with in-person activities during this transition period and encourage you to work with our team in whatever way makes you feel most at ease. The following remote options still remain available for your convenience:
- FREE online banking via desktop computer
- FREE mobile banking via your smartphone or tablet
- ATM/Debit card ATM access for your savings and/or checking account
- Mobimoney App where you can monitor and manage your debit card
- Contacting our team via phone at 540-635-7133
