Credit unions were built on the idea of people helping people. Through the remainder of 2017, Front Royal Federal Credit Union wants to empower its members to make a difference in the lives of others.

It doesn’t take much to make your community a little brighter – in fact, here are 10 ways to do some good with just $10:

1. Purchase $10 worth of canned goods to donate.
2. Give $10 in school supplies to a student in need.
3. Slip some extra quarters in the vending machine.
4. Bring a hot meal to a sick friend, family member, or neighbor.
5. Bring in donuts to the office on a Monday.
6. Write a few thank you notes for people who have made a difference in your life.
7. Add an extra $10 to the tip the next time you’re at a restaurant.
8. Contribute to a Kickstarter or GoFundMe project.
9. Pay for a friend’s breakfast or lunch the next time you’re together.
10. Surprise someone with flowers.

Through December 31, 2017, finance a vehicle loan (boat, motorcycle, RV, auto) through December 31, 2017 and we’ll give you $10 to pay it forward as part of our “Royal Treatment Program!” Post about your good deed on our Facebook page and we’ll enter you into our year-end $500 drawing – $250 for you, and $250 for us to donate to the Warren County, VA 501(c)(3) charitable organization of your choosing.
